Our staff are highly educated and rigorously trained in the latest and most effective methods of the trade insuring our high standards and continuously achieved.

We control and test for their chemical properties of our casting products in house. Product quality is maintained using a Baird vacuum emission spectrometer and a Leco carbon determinator for chemical analysis. A Unitron metallurgical microscope and Brinell hardness testing machines round out the physical testing equipment.

Heat treatment is performed at qualified independent facilities. Heat treat certificates and charts are available upon request for a nominal charge.

Mechanical properties are tested for at qualified independent laboratories. Tests reports are available for a nominal charge if requested at time of order.
